2013年11月开始，乌克兰数万民众聚集在基辅中央广场抗议亚努科维奇政府暂停与欧盟签署联系国协议，双方各不相让，持续近3个月，最终酿成流血事件，总统下台。从11月到今年3月，谢尔盖·洛兹尼萨带摄影机纪录了这一切，剪成《中央广场》。
