印度教课学到史诗时代，看了其中一集，从Pandavas和Kauravas表兄弟们的家族起源到结尾的game of dice与13年forest exile的开始。流放归来的故事后续就是大名鼎鼎的薄伽梵歌。 史诗本身无与伦比，但是拍摄粗糙得不敢恭维，1990年的电影给人1920的质感，导致许多文本中震撼的高潮场面在真人演绎中显得滑稽。 扮演奎师那的角色连蓝色颜料都不愿意涂一下，可能真的艺术就是筹不到钱。
